Pretty good prices for furniture pieces. Floor room assistance was nonexistent.

Cheaper pottery barn?
They don't accept American Express so you can't use the special. Why would AmEx market a store that doesn't accept their card?
Great product at an excellent price. Be warned: if you need something delivered you'll pay A LOT!

There are a lot of great things there if they have them in stock. I wouldn't recommend special ordering anything due to the fact if it is back ordered for months you won't see that money.
