To whom it may concern at Urban, You, Urban HVAC, as an independent outfit, have a quality individual, in Eric, the professional whom responded to our HVAC issue this morning. As a company, Urban is top notch with us. Especially as you are able to maintain such star employees like Eric. I have worked 45 yrs in the construction management business, and employees of Eric's character and abilities are rare, and a pleasure to see show up at the door step! We just moved to Plymouth about six months ago. Our central air stopped working and we were not sure who to call or who to trust. One call took away all the stress. I spoke to Lindsay who was very nice and efficient. They kept me posted on when Eric the technician would be there. He was professional and knowledgeable, and had us up and running, and cooled off within an hour. I recommend them completely. They definitely have us as a new customer.

Bought a newly renovated house, we moved in and on night one, the mini split was not working properly in our toddler’s room. The seller/contractor ghosted us, luckily Ross at Urban Heating and & AC stepped up and made sure we had a new unit just in time for a 3 day 100 degree heat wave. We greatly appreciate him going above and beyond. Especially because we are medical parents to a son with chronic lung disease and immune deficiency. Clean, cool air, is a must in the summer heat. Thank you Ross and team.
