Dr El-Zufari and his staff are always so pleasant and thorough. My MA April is always intentional with understanding my concerns and needs for my visit and thorough with detailing Dr. ElZufari. My appointments aren’t overly long with waiting and I don’t feel rushed when I’m there. April follows up in ensuring I’ve got all the info I need during and after my office visits.
Erianna Versnel is so friendly, knowledgeable, and easy to talk to— she takes the time to really listen, explain things clearly, and made me feel comfortable the entire visit!! I am also a big fan of their instagram account!!! (@Urbanhealthcare_heights)
Thoroughly impressed with my visit. Clean facility, kind staff and short wait. Erianna is a wonderful clinician.
5 stars for Madeline Ramirez and 5 stars for the doctor she works for. Received appropriate check up, medicine went to pharmacy quickly. Felt very comfortable with PA . Completely different than my other check up with another doctor (elsewhere) who I wouldn't ever want to see again.So why 4 stars? Front desk thought I was an illegal alien. This turned into a 5 hour event for me. Lot of construction, so be prepared to make a hard turn into parking lot.
