5 stars for Madeline Ramirez and 5 stars for the doctor she works for. Received appropriate check up, medicine went to pharmacy quickly. Felt very comfortable with PA . Completely different than my other check up with another doctor (elsewhere) who I wouldn't ever want to see again.So why 4 stars? Front desk thought I was an illegal alien. This turned into a 5 hour event for me. Lot of construction, so be prepared to make a hard turn into parking lot. The facility was clean, and PA Erianna made me feel seen and understood regarding my experience with PCOS. However, I’ve reached out multiple times by phone—speaking with MA staff who assured me they would relay my messages—and also through the Healow app regarding weight management medication. I was informed the provider was out, but despite that, I have yet to receive any response. It has now been four weeks without follow-up. Dr. Erianna Versnel Is such a great doctor! I found urban health online and scheduled an appointment same day! The staff is very nice and Dr. Erianna was very helpful with profiling me information about my visit.
