Outstanding health care with community focused and mission minded leadership and providers. Urban provides great services including mental health social services and community events. They care about the community
Worst experience I ever had not even the Dr I have on my insurance card as for any questions you have you need to leave messages with someone else can't get them to correctly put in for my medical rides time to find a new dr office oh and the case manager what a joke not a dr or PA should not be calling back patients
