This is a small friendly and supportive Gym. I joined 7 weeks ago and with the specialist support of Danielle and Mike I have already dropped 26kg (4 stone)!! Nice clientele with no poser muscle men in lycra! Nice place to be, an oasis. Thank you guys!! Mike S.

Popped in over the Easter weekend for a workout whilst I was in town, and was told that this is a local gym for local people. Yes, those very words. Went round the corner to Anytime Fitness who charged me a tenner and wished me a great workout. And it was.
Best gym and best teachers - from lovely, expertly taught yoga classes to Pilates taught by highly skilled and friendly teachers to weights and cardio from encouraging and expert teachers . Very friendly staff and clients and a very good deal for your money! My strength, mobility and flexibility have improved immensely thanks to going to Urban !!😊
