I went in with lingering lower left back pain that I had been experiencing to varying degrees for two months. Palesteen found the area that needed TLC and really focused her energies there. When the hour was up I was a little sore but pretty certain that she had worked out the stubborn knot! She advised me to stretch and apply heat so I did apply so that evening and the next day.
