Janelle Belle was fantastic with my hair. I got a wash, blow out and trim. First time with her and will definitely go back. She was friendly and very professional.
I went today to this hair salon super excited for a big change with my hair! Taylor was my lady and I asked for what I thought was going to be a simple but fun new hair style for me, it was my hair dyed black then with some neutral red and caramel highlights. After being there for 5 hours I was extremely disappointed, as my hair was bright blue, bright purple, hot pink all over. Been going here to Sarah for 2 years walk out with great color style and cut .
I have been to 6+ high end salons in the Clermont area and have always left with a mess, or not satisfied with the expensive service I just got. However, what Tiffany did at Urban Hair Lounge was not only what I ask for, but was FAR beyond my expectations. For the first time since I moved to florida, I almost wanted to cry because I was so relieved and happy about the full and partial color she did, as well as the cut.
