Love this place. I come here for everything been coming here for 3 years. Steph does amazing job for hair and I am constantly getting compliments on my hair tinsel. Alexis is super friendly and makes you comfortable and super fast at waxing. I get my hair colour, waxing, lashes, pedicure and gel nails here. So convenient just use the bus parking lot. Will keep coming here and I recommend it to all my friends! Just a heads up cash or e transfer only, not a problem for me.

Extensions unfortunately installed incorrectly and had to be removed within a month(consulted three certified stylists). Shorter length was also installed compared to what was discussed during consult. Was a huge waste of $ and now am back to square one. My hair was also cut (all my length)(only extensions were supposed to be cut a little to be blended). Terribly sad about this.

I would say Urban Hair is a nice salon, and some things I do recommend. I went to get a hair wash and style. My stylist, Erna, was very sweet and friendly. She ensured that I was okay with all that was going on, and gave me good hair advice/tips. Usually, when I get my hair washed at salons, it is with either freezing cold or scalding hot water, but this time, the water was of a moderate temperature. I could tell that Erna exfoliated my scalp very well. After the wash, I was taken to get my hair dried and styled. The process... read more
