My daughter (7) and I came together. She got a wash, style and cut while I just got a cut. I am blown away by the amount of detail Mia had for each of us (we have different hair types). Very knowledgeable, patient, welcoming, and talented. I cant wait to go back next month for color.
High recommended them, they do a wonderful job with cut and color, waxing very friendly staff , clean place.
Edit- I should have waited to post this review until my hair was washed and curly again. It looked fine straight but my curl pattern is RUINED. I can’t get it to part in any direction. It has absolutely no shape and is no where near what I asked for. After going in the to help the top curl, I was told at the end of the appointment to pick a good half up do until it grew out so…………. Adjusting to one star
I love this salon! I was booked within a week, met with smiles and grace, and ABSOLUTELY love my hair. They know all about curly cuts and did a fantastic job on my color. The salon was cozy and clean. Very comfortable chairs. I will be back and would refer Urban Gypsy to anyone looking for a great hair salon.
