we recently did have a problem with a large section on the front of our home falling due to improper installation after calling several other Companies i ended up taking to Keith about the problem I gave him all the pertinent info he gave me a price accepted it his crew came out evaluated the problem and a hour and a half later to problem was corrected including blowing of the complete roof they did a fantastic job and I can say that if you need this type of service Urban is the one to call I Shure do recommend. them

Very professional, with a ‘can do’ attitude. They responded very promptly to my initial enquiry, arrived when they said they would, explained how they were going to do the job (which was a bit tricky) and did a great job with a minimum of fuss for a very reasonable price. I will certainly be using them again.
Alex and Kayla provided an excellent and professional quality job. We have a steep pitched two storey heritage house so working at height was a prerequisite. Nothing was too much trouble.
