My friend just was there for her appointment and these woman lied to her saying they changed the appointment and my friend didn’t even confirm anything she wasn’t aware there was a time change or anything there was no revived text or email and these woman specifically the red head “bubs” or something literally kicked my friend out for no reason. I’ve been seeing Kerry for my balayage since before she opened Urban Glow and I won’t go anywhere else. She is incredibly kind, very knowledgeable, and I always leave loving my hair. Plus the salon has the best vibes

This salon is a hidden gem in the heart of Vancouver. It’s inside the historic academy building and has so much character. The set up of this salon is absolutely gorgeous. You can really tell they have poured their heart into creating a relaxing, calm, and safe space. All the girls are so incredible sweet and attentive. Been going to Kerry for at least 6 years now. I went to her before her and Hilary opened up this salon. She knows her shit and I would not let anyone touch my hair but Kerry. She's very good with blonde hair, I do an all over color and constantly get compliments on the color of my hair. The salon always has a good vibe. I've brought 3 of my close girlfriends here who are now regulars and get their hair done by Kerry or Hilary.
