First I have to say I really enjoy the salon atmosphere and the orbi products. Second. I am so grateful to have my hairstylist Angelique being my miracle worker with my blond highlights. She is amazing and does a fantastic job with blondes, highlights, toners and my hair looks stunning cause of her. Love all she does and she is a blessing to Midland community.
EDIT: The owner reached out and apologized for our experience, offered a full refund, and invited us back for complimentary services. While the original experience was disappointing, I do appreciate the professionalism and willingness to make things right! Very disappointed with our experience. I got my haircut on a whim today. Jeammy was amazing! She did an awesome wash, then cut my hair just as I described! She was easy to visit with and friendly. Then she styled it for me. I have been bouncing around all afternoon with this new style! I will definitely be back!
I got a blowout and I have medium to thick hair and the stylist kept saying she doesn’t know how I blowout my own hair all the time, and the blow dryer was super hot and I kept getting burned the entire time, also they ran out of water and had to wash my hair with water bottles.
