Jose was great! I gave him a call because I couldn’t get my garage closed and he talked me through the issue over the phone! I’ll definitely use him for any other garage door maintenance!
Jose is your go to tradesperson for all things garage doors. We had our spring and cables replaced. Jose prices were fair, his service was speedy, and he is extremely professional. He is extremely honest about what needs to be done vs what should be done. No pressure sales or overpriced packages like the others.
This is the 2nd time in less than a year when Jose has very quickly helped me with a garage door issue. The man knows what he is doing. This time he helped me right over the phone....and it's not even a very common issue! But his first guess was spot on. I'll always recommend Urban Garage Doors.
