I rented a studio through Urban Furnished and had a great experience overall. The apartment was clean, comfortable, and exactly as described. Communication was easy throughout the process, and everything went smoothly from move-in to move-out. I really enjoyed my stay and would definitely rent from them again.

Wonderful experience with Urban Furnished at 317 E 78th St! From the easy check-in process throughout my 2 month stay to the final instructions for check-out, the team at Urban Furnished exceeded my expectations. The location was perfect for my needs and had great restaurants, shops, bakeries and activities close by. Entering the building was safe, secure and easy for me to navigate. As a local needing a place to stay for two months while my nearby apartment was off-line, I found Urban Furnished an incredibly accommodating and helpful landlord. The response time for any questions was almost immediate and there was an unfailing desire to please (Kateryn was particularly gracious and efficient). The area is next to my actual neighborhood, but being in the thick of it was a revelation. Small, bespoke shops, both longtime shopkeepers and up-and-coming entrepreneurs. Never a dull moment.

We were a couple staying at 317 east 78th. The location was great and the apartment was as described, clean and suited our needs perfectly. The booking, self check in and check out were simple. I would definitely recommend this company and the apartment.
