they put in a new a/c system last year and after 3 months of constant pleading finally they obtained a permit. When inspected there were several additional requirements that needed to be done which were done, extending the time even further. It is now a year later and I called on two occasions for maintenance with NO response. I was informed by a technician from another company that Urban Fox never registered my new a/c so i lose 5 years of warranty.
