I've been a member for over 10 years and I love this gym! It has greatly improved since the manager Janet has taken over . She is encouraging, supportive and very knowledgeable about fitness ! The gym is clean and the staff are all friendly and professional. I love the ability to go 24/7 and I love the equipment! It's just fabulous! Will keep my membership as long as possible!!!

Just a little constructive criticism, but I’ve been coming to this gym now for 5 years and have seen zero changes made to it. I would love to have seen the owner investing back into their business by now. It’s a decent gym…but with very few improvements made over the last half decade, I’m kind of left searching for more. It doesn’t help that the main level usually smells like sewage. Makes it hard to breathe using all the machines when it smells like doo-doo. I like the gym overall. Just wish they had more space. The weight area downstairs is fairly cramped. Only 2 open benches in the dumbbell area and they're right on top of each other. That being said, it's not super crowded so it's not generally an issue.
