Best gym in Meford. Terrill the owner was incredibly kind and welcoming even though I was from out of state and the equipment at the gym was top of the line.
Serious lifters dream gym! Every grip, bar, handle, and attachment you would ever want. Every machine and cable was in perfect condition and moved like new. Owners were super nice and helpful and everyone training seemed friendly. Will be my go to gym every time I come to town.
Such a great power lifting gym with a lot of strong man equipment. Probably the most well equipped and clean gym in southern Oregon. You can tell they care from the quality and cleanliness of the whole gym.
