Doctor Urban (and staff) are very friendly, and helpful, like a friend. Willing to spend time explaining things, answering any questions and even educating, if you are curious. Never feel rushed. Appreciate his "bedside manner".
I saw Dr. Urban to close after a MOHS procedure on my face (VERY close to my eye) and he was fantastic! He met with me before the procedure to explain everything and put me at ease. He did an amazing job with the surgery and has been so wonderful every time I met with him post operative. I would highly recommend him to anyone!
Dr. Mat Urban has got to be one of the best surgeons and doctors I have ever been to. He’s kind he’s professional he explains, and the outcome is exactly what he says it would be! What an asset to Chester, New Jersey!!!!!!!!
In the past 6 months, I have had 2 procedures performed by Dr. Urban (both for medical reasons), and I highly recommend him! Not only is he very skilled, but he is kind, caring and patient, and always explains what he is doing (more than once, if necessary!). His staff is warm and accommodating! He has more than earned his 5 stars!
First rate care and service. Highly recommend it.
