****It's long but please read if you have any doubt****. Dr Urban went above and beyond the high expectations I had! From the first consultation to my final checkup he's been amazing! My procedures: -Deviated septum. Although I had previous nose surgery 25 years earlier, he determined it was done incorrectly which caused my cartilage to collapse. An excellent surgeon, great personality, friendly and very competent office staff. From my first phone call upon my dermatologist's referral, to my last visit with Dr. Urban, I felt welcomed and well cared for. Even my dermatologist sang his praises! Highly recommend.
I made an appointment with this provider for a consultation. I was told there was a $100 consultation fee which I agreed to pay. I decided to cancel the appointment online 1 week in advance, but was told that the fee was nonrefundable, even though the website did not provide that information. The provider refused to refund the fee. This is an unfair business practice to which I strenuously object! Find another provider.
Dr. Matt Urban is an artist. He repaired a two inch wound from my recent face surgery that is currently unnoticeable. My family and friends say that one would have to be directed to the location of a very light scar, if they could see anything at all. Painless surgery and excellent results. Thank You Much.
