Wow. I don't think that I've ever been treated so poorly in a shop before in my life. A friend and I went into Urban Eyecare earlier today to check out glasses frames. When we walked in, they greeted her only and helped her try on frames only. There for 45 minutes and neither of the two sales/staff women even once acknowledged or asked me if I needed assistance. Top-Notch Customer Service – These guys are fantastic. I had an eye exam and contact lens fitting with them. Not only was everyone very nice and professional, but the doctors were very thorough in examining me and were sure to address all my concerns. What really impressed me was how they handled an issue that I had a couple weeks later though.
