Cricketboise must be confused. There is another consignment store in town with the name "exchange" in it and I'm thinking that is where they meant to put this review . I've been going to urban exchange for 7 + years. I have never seen a blonde working there or had anyone be any less than polite. All the times I went in I did not feel valued as a customer. The blonde behind the counter was very rude and avoided answering my questions on multiple occasions. I will most certainly NOT be stepping foot in there again! If you want to feel like you are annoying someone or wasting THEIR time, please, by all means, go to this store! You won't be disappointed.
