Before becoming a good landscaper! You have to become a good driver and follow the rules and regulations on the road. I would not trust your company with my lawn with jerk drivers behind the wheel.
I followed on of their trucks on Interstate 494 by MSP this morning. They had a F series Ford truck with rock in the bed, NOT TARPPED!!! Pea sized rock was hitting and damaging cars behind them. Tried to call them, no answer.
I have used Urban Escapes for multiple Projects! Their staff is freindly, knowledgable, hard working, and their finished product is always amazing and the quality is well beyond the price. I have used them for landscaping, maintenance of landscaping, decks, and Christmas/Holiday displays that the whole neighborhood envies. I will always use them, and am happy to wait as they always have return customers because their work is so fantastic. I encourage anyone with projects to call them first!
Could not be happier with Courtney and the crew at urban escapes. He took my little landscaping job just as seriously as some of these huge pool/yard remodel jobs. All of my questions were answered, and everything was done exactly as we discussed. The prices were also very fair. I will continue to use them in the future for any of my landscaping needs.
Had a great experience with Urban Escapes. They did a large outdoor lighting installation that complimented our property nicely. It turned out fantastic. Appreciated there attention to details. Would highly recommend.
