I am working with multiple tenants and management constantly breaches lease contracts. Avoid this place like the plague. The county should shut this place down as well as the company in general.
Please avoid this place. The communications with the rental company Lexington Property Management is very bad. So bad that they won't make an outbound phone call. They only communicate though emails and take pride in a 48hr response time. They sold the place as dog friendly and the removed all of the dog waste stations and threaten to close the public dog play areas all the time. Love this place! Quiet and in a community with great dining and grocery locations around us!
very nice apartments
Cool place but had a sign at the front desk warning people to have credit scores of 700 or high. First time in my life I felt uncomfortable when looking for a place to live.
