They don't do a very good job of having a nice place to move into. They do a poor job of cleaning and don't replace the carpet when they should be period they miss a lot of things and the apartments are cheaply built. The faucets and sinks are on top of granite, which gets water all over the place.And they suck.

I am working with multiple tenants and management constantly breaches lease contracts. Avoid this place like the plague. The county should shut this place down as well as the company in general.
Please avoid this place. The communications with the rental company Lexington Property Management is very bad. So bad that they won't make an outbound phone call. They only communicate though emails and take pride in a 48hr response time. They sold the place as dog friendly and the removed all of the dog waste stations and threaten to close the public dog play areas all the time.
