The atmosphere was a solid 5 stars. Cozy, inviting, and staff were friendly. But the food wasn’t so great. I ordered some dumplings from one of the restaurant called Stuffed and I bit into one that was raw in the middle. I took it back right away and they did give a refund, which I appreciate. I’d go back for the vibe, but I’d skip the dumplings until they sort the cooking out.
This place has it all! Lots of food and drink vendors, a little market, fun kids activities and when we went they were having a festival with vendors and live music. Highly recommended getting a delicious coffee inside the food hall. They make it and then bottle it for you in these cute cans. The food was just as tasty. Lots of food stalls with street style food bites. Everything was reasonably priced as well, so it would be a great place to go hungry and try a little bit of everything.
My wife and I have been multiple times with our kids due to the indoor play area. So this review is a long time coming. I’ll start with the fact that it’s hotter than a sauna In there all the time.. just left today, and the thermostat read 81 and the polite manager said the owners won’t change it.. Each time I've gone to Urban District Market, it's been a long, busy day when I ruled out cooking. I don't eat a lot of rice, but when I make the exception, it tends to be with Urban District Market. I haven't always known what I was eating as I purchased a surprise meal at the end of the night, but I've always enjoyed what I received. Always easy to park and easy pickup.
Urban District Market is such a fun place to visit! The concept is really cool, with a bunch of different restaurants all under one roof, so there's something for everyone. The atmosphere is cute, lively, and perfect if you want to sample foods from different cuisines in one trip. We tried quite a few things, and there were definitely some standouts.
