We contacted Urban Designs and Development for a screened in porch and patio. I was a little unsure about the shape of our yard being conducive for an added patio but it was obvious from the start that Mike knew what needed to be done! He did make sure we had our opportunity to make the project our own, but in the end we deferred to his expertise and are so glad we did! We now have a wonderful outdoor living space, including a bug free patio which my wife loves! These pictures don't really do it justice.
Thirteen years ago, Urban Design replaced a two tiered deck for us. Mike and his crew were great, and we were very pleased with our new deck. We recently moved and called Mike to design & build our deck. Again, we were very happy working with Mike and his crew. We highly recommend Mike and Urban Design.

The team at Urban Designs is very talented and professional. We had a stamped patio poured as well as screening in our covered deck and their attention to detail was phenomenal. They finished our deck in the same siding as our new house so it looks "as built" which makes it much more aesthetically pleasing. I highly recommend using them for your outdoor enhancement projects.
