The team at Urban Designs is very talented and professional. We had a stamped patio poured as well as screening in our covered deck and their attention to detail was phenomenal. They finished our deck in the same siding as our new house so it looks "as built" which makes it much more aesthetically pleasing. I highly recommend using them for your outdoor enhancement projects.
Nguyen and his crew were excellent start to finish. My deck looks great. It is even stronger than the original wooden deck using the solid Trek materials. They kept the worksite clean and were very friendly and courteous. I would strongly recommend them for your project. . Satisfaction 5/5
We've worked with Mike to build two different porches at two houses about seven years apart, and both times, he's performed as promised and we've been very happy with the results. Solid A+ work and process both times.
Our deck, pergola, and patio are beyond beautiful!!! At the onset, we struggled with envisioning a final design. Nguyen’s ability to listen to our ideas, process our concepts, present a design, and revise the design throughout the process resulted in a final project that makes us smile everyday. His patience, project management skills, response time, communication, and perfection are second to none.
I have a very large deck on the house, part of which needed replacing and part needed repairing. Mike spent lots of time with me determining the best way forward, with no pressure. Once they began building the new deck, Mike was in frequent contact, going over details and discussing even the smallest variation from the plan before proceeding. It looks great!
