We've worked with Mike to build two different porches at two houses about seven years apart, and both times, he's performed as promised and we've been very happy with the results. Solid A+ work and process both times.
Our deck, pergola, and patio are beyond beautiful!!! At the onset, we struggled with envisioning a final design. Nguyen’s ability to listen to our ideas, process our concepts, present a design, and revise the design throughout the process resulted in a final project that makes us smile everyday. His patience, project management skills, response time, communication, and perfection are second to none.
I have a very large deck on the house, part of which needed replacing and part needed repairing. Mike spent lots of time with me determining the best way forward, with no pressure. Once they began building the new deck, Mike was in frequent contact, going over details and discussing even the smallest variation from the plan before proceeding. It looks great!
Urban replaced our old, unusable deck with a screened in structure. It is like having an addition to the house! Nguyen was great and very present while managing the project. All of the subcontractors were fabulous as we worked through the design process! I went from being a little nervous about how it would turn out, but we are in love and are out there all the time!
Urban Designs and Dev just finished our new deck, and we couldn't be more pleased! Nguyen (co-owner) and crew thought of every detail, while being very environmentally aware, and keeping us apprised of what to expect going forward. A positive experience with a beautiful outcome!
