Urban Design was amazing to work with. They were on time, very professional and finished the job on budget. We are definitely calling them for the next job! Thank you Urban Design!!!
They did a great job on our old generator, brought it back to life with a few twists of a screwdriver. Work was very professional, though quite expensive: the technician was here for about an hour, and it was almost $500. I thought that was a bit high. I’m a commercial pilot with over 40 years of experience, and I don’t make $500 for an hours work. Oh well.
After doing extensive research and many phone calls and emails with many other companies I settled on Urban Design, and I am so very glad I did. They have been very accommodating and working with me and my dad with our situation with our property and very friendly and helpful when our generator decided to be a problem child and not work with the system!
