Trent did a great job troubleshooting our electrical issues and providing a solution. Great attitude, very professional and articulated the issues well.
It was a pleasure to work with Trent yesterday. We worked through a number of options and finally solved the problem. Not only is he a most competent electrician with a flexible approach to problems, but he is also a very nice person.
My technician Trent was very friendly and knowledgeable. He also showed up on the earlier side of my appointment window which i was happy about. He was able to resolve all of my electrical problems that wasnt harsh on my budget.
Urban Design has great products specifically the Generac generators. However, in meeting The owner of the company, Sean, the office, technician Megan, and the technicians who come out and fix the repairs, The customer service they give is second to none. They are all very knowledgeable about their product and when you call in and have a problem, they will call you back immediately or as soon as they find the fix.
