I had issues with multiple things that were making me crazy with my Solar system. I called Urban solar Design and my first contact was with Natalie. She is so very kind, professional and went way out of her way to help us figure out our issues!! She is a prize to cherish!! We had a major break in our yard main water line connection. I called Urban Design in a late afternoon and Ryan, their plumber, was able to be here early the next morning. He did a fantastic job of replacing all of the old connections and wrapping them with weather protective covering. We are very happy with the job he did and highly recommended him and Urban Design. Also, Megan in the office was very nice and kept me notified of when Ryan was on his way.
The gentleman named Nick came out today o help with an issue we were having. He was thorough and explained everything in detail to my husband. My husband wanted to compliment his patience and professionalism. He went above and beyond to explain the situation. He gave helpful hints and was patient with questions.
The technician was personable and attentive to the situation needing resolution. He solved the issue and made the correction quickly.
Brandon did an amazing job with servicing our solar system. I was impressed with the way he did a lot of work with the solar monitoring company before even coming to my house so that everything was working when he got here.
