I really appreciate Urban Design sending their very intelligent electrician Trent out to my place to help me restore the electricity to my Koi pond. I had a positive experience with Urban design before when I had them come service my Generac, a couple of years ago . Yesterday, the electricity to my Koi pond suddenly stopped working. Initially, I was a little concerned that the work I wanted done wasn’t a project that was large enough for this company. Not so. They helped me with my light residential projects with courtesy and respect. From Megan setting up the appointment to Trent and Katie doing the electrical work, it has been a pleasure. I felt the price was fair for the work that was done. I rarely feel that way. Special shout out to Katie for doing most of the work, doing it well, and leaving the work area clean. I am extremely happy. Thank you.
