Loved the new custom made bed I got. The owner's brother delivered on time and installed it perfectly.
I got a new pull out couch, desk, and office chair from here and I'm quite happy with it. The couch comes apart and was able to fit through a small space. One of the pieces for the desk was damaged but Monarch sent me a new piece and I was able to put it all together. Service was helpful and friendly, and delivery was quick
Great experience from customer service at the store location and picking the right model, to the delivery and assembly. Thank you for such a warm, friendly, and efficient transaction. Will definitely come back for future home furniture needs!
