After a major renovation, we recovered almost all of our furniture. Urban Craft did a fantastic job, in a timely fashion and the pieces look even better than I imagined. The customer service is topnotch and everyone was helpful and friendly. The prices were quite reasonable especially for the quality. Over the years I have used other upholsterers but none even came close to the work by Urban Craft. I highly recommend Urban Craft. A special shoutout to Julie Huicochea for her help and patience.
This bad place forgot to attach connecting hardware underneath a two part couch sectional for a customer they charged 5 k for. Since we were the movers who delivered it we got yelled at from the woman and a bad review. Furthermore, urban called our customer in advance and bad mouthed my truck saying it was a dirty vehicle. How daré they charge 5k for a upholstered job and forget connecting hardware underneath?????
