Order furniture here if you want to wait for it for more than six months. Terrible service. We waited for the furniture for more than 2 months, then they brought us the wrong thing. They took the wrong parts and disappeared again. No messages, zero information. And it's been more than 2 months. Our couch is still missing.
I spent an absolutely embarrassing number of days couch shopping until I walked into Urban Country and met Seaton. He is the most helpful, knowledgeable and thoughtful salesperson I've ever come across. Not only did he help me find a couch, he talked me through various fabric choices (with the perfect balance of opinionated without pushiness), answered my every question (from materials to warranty information) and went above and beyond helping me figure out how to ship from Bethesda to my Brooklyn apartment.
