Lisa is the best salesperson and designer I have worked with. She did such a great job on my couch order that I came back immediately when I needed a chair. Highly recommend her and UC high quality furniture. You will be pleased!

I visited the Bethesda location for the first time this past weekend and was quite surprised and disappointed by the poor customer service. No one greeted me when I entered the store or acknowledged when I was leaving, and the entire time I was there not one member of the sales team came over to speak to me or ask how they could be of service.
