Really impressed with both the quality and the customer service—left with a beautiful table and will definitely shop here again.
Unpleasant experience. I was soooo excited to stop by this shop. When I walked in NOBODY greeted me or offered to assist me. I finally asked for help and an older man came out and was so discouraging on every item that I displayed interest in that I left to purchase my couch elsewhere. He kept acting like I couldn’t afford his products. The only certainty that I left Urban Country with was that they didn’t want my business. And my eternal promise to this retailer is that they’ll never get it.
I've been going to Urban Country for furniture & pillows, gifts & more since they opened 25 years ago. I've always loved the store, but recently I had an incredibly positive experience w them Customer Service wise that went beyond any of my husband or my expectation... we custom ordered two chairs, thought they were comfortable, the right size, & picked out a fabric I loved.
