We were delighted with both the installation process and the products supplied by Urban Cooling. The units are relatively unobtrusive and quiet, intuitive to use and the outside mechanisms were neatly fitted. A VERY HAPPY CUSTOMER As a person who doesn’t cope well with excessive heat I really struggled with sleep and work this Summer. We had excellent service from beginning, and through installation. The installer explained what was happening eat each stage and finally came on a Saturday morning for a demo (thank you). I would highly recommend!
