They were very friendly and booked me in for the installation quickly, just 3 weeks after the site survey (this was late April, so maybe it wasn’t a busy time). It's a great product and the installers and staff have been very pleasant. Installation was a bit difficult, it turned out that they needed to put the pipes outside of the ceiling due to some supportive beams they werent to be aware of. Not something they could have been aware of but due to the slow down of the process (as I had to book someone to box this in) I've now been chasing the decorator for 4 weeks (with zero reaponse) and I feel Urban Cooling have washed their hands of it because they recommend a contractor which y... read more
Installed in just one day with the cooler unit discreetly hidden under the kitchen sink, I'm impressed how efficiently and fast it cools down the room with minimal noise!
The system itself is excellent and has made the flat vastly more comfortable overall. Installation was a bit of a faff, the decorator went a little bit rogue and did not attend when he was initially booked for, later we found that he just couldn't be bothered to do the work that day, but his work was excellent and so won't hold that against him too much.
