Urban Cooling recently installed aircon/heating dual system at my house. They were friendly, professional and tidy workers. I would recommend anyone looking for this type of work to use them. I cannot fault any aspect of the job. Thank you to all at Urban Cooling for an amazing job, right from the first survey to the finished job and all the office staff too. Amazing job.
Excellent service from start to finish. Very easy to deal with as part of the sales proccess. The install was easy and the team who did it were outstanding. Just need to wait for some warem weather to test properly, but so far so good!

We were delighted with both the installation process and the products supplied by Urban Cooling. The units are relatively unobtrusive and quiet, intuitive to use and the outside mechanisms were neatly fitted. Luke and Keegan were punctual and very efficient as well as courteous and mindful of our needs. I would highly recommend this company .
