Went too get my eyebrows waxed absolutely the worst experience I have ever had!! Was never given a mirror too look at them and I knew why as soon as I got too the car half my eyebrow is gone and the other side doesn’t look any different than it did!! Plus wax was dribbled on my eyelid and I cannot get it off and it’s sticking!!! I’m horrified!! I will not ever go back!!! Now I have too deal with it till they grow out!!!

should be 0 star. She denied a gift certificate. the moment I mentioned she did not have any availability for a month. why do you give out gift certificate if you are not going to honor it. This is not ethical.
