This is my first 1 star Google Review and I give it to this company. We engaged with Brad to sell our property. He retainer over $60k in the bank account although the agency agreement says very clearly that the fund can only be paid upon the property is settled. We have sent several reminding emails to him and no response from him. Also, we as the current property owner, he listed our property on the internet without our consent. Jessica has been & continues to be so great, & so accessible. Our initial walk through of the property was professional, yet relaxed.
