I have just recently purchased a new townhome from urban coast at there ravens park site in Surrey . I had a great stress free experience. Jag the site supervisor was amazing to deal with he took care of everything and made sure whatever we needed was taken care of . Definitely recommend
Great builders! Love the townhouse. Its very modern and sleek. They have good knowledge and skillset . Will definitely recommend and return to invest into their homes.
We purchased our current town home from urban coast & are very happy with the result! The layout is modern & everything is put together very well. Great builders, would definitely purchase again in the future!
Nothing done to address deficiencies. Ignored all methods of communication and only time they responded was that they were "waiting for warranty to get back to them". Liars.
