We recently bought a unit from Urban Coast Development and are very satisfied. The quality of their work is solid, and the process was smooth from start to finish. Happy with our decision and would definitely recommend them.
They build a decent place, but are horrible at customer service. They do not fix their deficiencies. They leave home owners angry and frustrated that Urban Coast just walks away and leave numerous bone-headed mistakes. Most of the 5 star reviews seem to be from family, staff and suppliers.
I have just recently purchased a new townhome from urban coast at there ravens park site in Surrey . I had a great stress free experience. Jag the site supervisor was amazing to deal with he took care of everything and made sure whatever we needed was taken care of . Definitely recommend
Great builders! Love the townhouse. Its very modern and sleek. They have good knowledge and skillset . Will definitely recommend and return to invest into their homes.
