If I could leave 0 stars, I would. I REGRET completely ever having to deal with Urban Civil. They do not complete anything on a timely manner, no matter the circumstances. It's like pulling teeth to get anyone on the phone, they do not bill according to their proposals, they do not do site visits to see what they are actually engineering and quite frankly, they really are not doing any "engineering" over there at all.
