I visited a few weeks ago and initially loved the experience and the lovely atmosphere. However, as the weeks went by after getting the brow lamination, I noticed that she over-plucked them, taking a noticeable chunk out of my eyebrow, which was very disappointing. Friendly and professional service every time at Urban Chic. Alice made me feel comfortable and relaxed when I attended for waxing. She did an amazing job, I will be rebooking!

I am new to the area and managed to snag a last minute appointment with Alice for a wax and she is so talented. I was nervous about trying a new beauty therapist but she put me at ease instantly. I've just been back to see her for gel nails and she is hands down one of the best nail technicians I've ever had!
