We have enrolled with the family doctor here however the front office staff is extremely rude and non cooperative. She has no empathy towards patients and doesn't try to offer options to accommodate any emergencies. We have 2 kids sick and seems like family doctor can't be of any help. Not to mention that the appointments are never on time even when you get there.

The receptionist are RUDE when answering the phone. No one gives patients heads up when a doctor is leaving nor do they have a replacement knowing finding a doctor these days is hard especially when I have 2 small children 1 & 4. Making excuses about it being a long weekend and phones are busy doesn’t justify how you treat your patients over the phone we are clearly calling because we are not feeling well.
