I booked an appointment same day, she accommodated me with no wait time. Sheila made me feel very comfortable. I highly recommend her :) great experience.
I was shocked when I went, I used to go see her when she worked at a different place for sugaring. I glad I went to Urban serenity. She does a really good job. Definitely will be going back and recommend her for anyone that wants waxing done. She makes you feel comfortable during your service.
