Michael and his team are the real professional in the custom cabinetry field. It's hard to find folks like them that do what they say and deliver the end product exactly what you envisioned in the first place. Considering the impact post Covid had on home remodeling, updates, Urban Cabinets did an exceptional job. Each person I dealt with was professional and did excellent work. I am very pleased with the results of my kitchen update.
Edit: Once I placed my 2 star review the company reached out to me to try to make things right, but now we are experiencing the same exact communication difficulties - no replies to my emails, promising to get back to by a certain day and no word 1+ week later. Nothing has changed with our kitchen 1 month after they contacted me again. Short staffing is one issue which I sympathize with and I don't expect miracles with timing, however Urban Cabinets is so disorganized that I can't get simple questions answered or addressed w... read more
