I wanted to love this place, but our experience was full of poor communication/ no communication, not returned phone calls, saying she will call tomorrow, in an hour etc to confirm and then not calling. She basically ghosted our troop of 10 girls -confirming 3 days prior to our event and then no showed on the day of. It’s hard to believe this is an etiquette academy when simple customer communication was so very poor- no credibility to teach etiquette!!!

Premier experience! We throughly enjoyed the class! I thought I knew etiquette it was a great refresher and I learned some new things !!! You definitely own it to yourself to enroll !!!
Saideh is a wonderful representation of grace and class. She is experienced in presenting your best self in a variety of environments, and with a variety of people. She is kind, considerate, caring,and knowledgeable about an abundance of topics. You won't regret interacting,nor working with her. 😊
