Absolutely fantastic company to deal with. We recently lost our unit to fire and the co ordination of the repairs led by Guy, the project Manager have been second to none. Guy went over and above at all times. We were impressed not only by his knowledge and expertise but also his compassion and empathy towards us during this difficult time was immeasurable. The tradies this company engaged to carry out the work on our unit were also brilliant.
Our apartment was damaged due to flooding and UBS were assigned by the Insurance company to hygenically clean our place and replace our flooring, kitchen cabinets/benchtop, etc. Very happy with the end result! A lot of credit has to go to the foreman Tom Zorin, who was friendly, experienced and knowledgeable. He had a crew of different sub-contractors that he has worked with before and trusted. UBS were recently appointed to our insurance claim. We found Rany Saeed extremely professional and all works were quoted on time and completed to our satisfaction. Based our experience, UBS is highly recommend.
Thank you to Anthony Di Maio. Extremely happy with the outcome. Our ground floor apartment flooded from a burst toilet and ruined the floorboards which couldn't be saved. UBS were swift to attend. Communication was excellent and the quality of the job is 5 stars. I'd highly recommend them for any strata plan.
Anthony was courteous, methodical and communicative throughout the whole process of water damage repair. The choice of flooring and cupboard looks great. Thank you for a great job done during the stressful situation .
