We gutted and renovated the entire house after using it as a rental for 9 years. Urban Building Concepts is not just a general contractor. It has the engineering expertise to make sure things are done correctly, as we needed to relocate a load-bearing wall to expand our living room area. Andrew and his crew did an outstanding job on my home renovations! They were very professional, kind and easy to work with while being respectful that I was living there during the renovations. Andrew was extremely responsive if I had any questions or comments throughout the entire process. The team showed great attention to detail in all aspects of the job. I highly recommend Urban Building Concepts and would absolutely use them again on future projects!
Urban was extremely professional and great to work with. We especially appreciated Krystal in the office and our super intendent, Andrew. This was our first experience with a home remodel, and it was nice to work with a team that was willing to hold our hands through it and help find solutions throughout the process.
