This place was amazing! We got our own private room, and Grace was super helpful! She listened to my wants and she delivered! I found THE DRESS for my wedding! I’m so excited and happy! Not to mention, the wait time for orders and the pricing are both within reason! I didn’t feel like I overspent and the dress is only supposed to take a few months to get here. I’m so excited for when my dress comes in!!
Steph was amazing! They have such a great system here for choosing and trying on dresses that is so fun and stress free! You get to have a private change room with space for a few guests, and she was incredibly helpful with advice, pulling dresses, and kept it so light and fun. Had the best time and found my dream dress, I can’t recommend Urban bride enough!
Urban Bride was an absolute dream to work with! From the moment I walked in, the staff were incredibly warm and attentive. They took the time to understand my budget and only showed me options that fit within it. The fitting rooms were spacious and easily accommodated the friends and family I brought along with me. I was genuinely amazed to find a stunning, brand-new dress for just $900. Now I recommend them to every bride-to-be I know!
Had a great experience at Urban Bride, I had bought a dress at a sample sale but the alterations were going to be really pricey so I was exploring other options, and Urban Bride had my same exact dress in a larger size! After trying it I was still unsure but Steph was so helpful and patient with me, and even though I didn’t buy a dress from here she was so great at helping me make up my mind and choose my dress!
