I had the most wonderful experience at Urban Bride! My wedding was August 2025 and I went early last year to shop for my dress. The sales assistant Pamela was so kind and friendly with all of us. I took a group the first time and she made us feel all welcome. She also spoke Spanish which was a hit with my mom and she loved the experience. Yesterday, my daughter and I had a couple of appointments looking for “The Dress”. After feeling a bit discouraged from our first appointment, we arrived a 1/2 hr too early to Urban Bride where we met Steph. She not only squeezed us in early but was so personable, funny and very knowledgeable. She answered all my questions and guided us through what this process with grace! I loved buying my dress from Urban Bride. They were patient and made great suggestions. The atmosphere in the store was pleasant and quiet. All the dresses were within my price range, which made shopping much easier. Only downside is no in-house tailor.
