I loved my experience here! Bina was so kind, helpful, and made me and my girls comfortable throughout the whole process. She was patient with me and didn’t make me feel rushed at all. She offered all of us refreshments and we had plenty of space in our room. It was my very first time dress shopping and she made it an unforgettable experience. I highly recommend Urban Bridal!!
I had such a great experience here. I chose to go dress shopping on my birthday and Before arriving things where not going well that day.. Natalie absolutely turned it around. From the moment I walked in she was calm, professional and determined. I ended up finding the dress of my dreams because she could point out what was missing when no one else could. She made the day go from sad to amazing. I cannot thank her enough.
This was the first bridal shop I stopped by to try dresses and the hostess was very cold and inhospitable. I don't know what their issue was that day, but certainly don’t come by there if you’re 1) a person of color, 2) plus size 3) or looking for a good wedding dress shopping experience. We had the best time at Urban! McKinley was phenomenal, she brought me so many different types of dresses and listened to me about what I thought I wanted. She was patient and never once made me feel press to choose! 10/10 would recommend McKinley and Urban Bridal!
If you are a KC local, this shop should be on your radar, especially if you don’t want to spend an arm and a leg on your dress. It’s worth trying off the rack despite what your budget is in my opinion! Now I have plenty of time for alterations too since I took it home same day. McKinley was very kind and was very selective in pulling dresses for my liking - ultimately leading to the one!
