I'm so happy I hit my one year mark at Urban Boxer! Trying to fit fitness into a packed schedule can be tough, but the gym's structure is brilliant. Those 1 to 1.5-hour sessions are efficient and perfectly run, making it easy to actually stick with my routine, even when motivation dips. Coach Nathan Skeen is a legend, a consummate professional and a funny bloke who has a genuine passion for boxing and an authentic care for the people who he trains at his gym. I’ve been hanging around Urban boxer for 5 years and it’s the best decision I’ve made, the community is beautiful and always willing to help each other out. Nate is quick to give out valuable advice and is willing to make time for anyone. Both Nate and boxing has helped me so much with my physical and mental health, I’m forever grateful! If anyone in South East is interested in boxing i highly recommend this gym!!!
