They have my car and my daughter's car. They kept stringing us along when we kept calling about updates on our cars so that the amount was too high. I have a mercedes and she has a 2022 Honda Civic Sport. They both have liens on them and the finance companies have reached out to them. They screen their calls and watch the door. The service has been trying to serve them and they won't answer the door. GO ANYWHERE BUT THERE.......
Everyone here is amazing ! Ms Dee answered the phone and helped resolve all my issues with my insurance company and Bob worked on my vehicle . He kept communication open and got my car back to me looking better then new in a little under a month.
Brought my car here at the beginning of August. Turn around time was 11 days including 2 weekends. They did not provide me with their own estimate, they had me send the estimate from the insurance company. The insurance company issued me the check to shop for repairs. Miss D (secretary/billing) told me they already started the repairs even though I asked them not to proceed until I knew the total amount. Proceed at your own Risk: I have had my vehicle worked on by this business/owner for the 2nd time. I have had nothing but a negative experience with this business. If you value time, communication, and professionalism then I recommend you go elsewhere. The shop was in possession of my 2021 VW GTI for a little over a year and the insurance stopped covering rental in October of 23 due to - insurance covered over $10K in rental charges. I’m still waiting for the itemized receipt of all the parts/materials you used for the repairs on my 2021 VW Golf GTI. I requested this on June 17th 2024 after you finally had the money to pay VW for the repairs you were unable to complete. I’m still waiting. My vehicle does not have all new parts like the statement that you and state farm had agreed to replace with new.
