Jovita was MARVELOUS! This was the most “telepathic” curl appointment I’ve ever experienced (in that she took everything I was trying to convey & G.O.T. Update: went to Abi at OmniCurls instead and loved the service and cut! No fuss or bad business practices like Urban Bloom. To be fair, Pricilla at Urban did reach out and offer to put my “deposit” towards a future service which was a reasonable offer. Took my 16yo daughter for her first curly cut with Victoria. She walked out and said "I learned the ways!!" She was so excited to learn about styling, refreshing, how to sleep, which products to use and when, etc. If you're starting your curly journey, this is the place to go.
