I had my hair colored and cut by Lindsay approximately three months ago (March). I paid around $450 for a haircut and highlights, so my expectations were a bit higher. Unfortunately, I was unhappy with both the layering and the condition of my hair afterward. Extremely unprofessional. I went in yesterday to see Lindsay Brown and left with a beard in horrible condition. Left side covered in bald spots, massive bald spot underneath my chin. My beard was completely destroyed. I had to get it re done somewhere else. Stylist took zero personal responsibility and justified her own actions, money not refunded. Just a classic “oopsie I’m sorry the haircut & beard trim didn’t go the way we intended, I made a mistake” (it very clearly was not one, she made 5 mistakes and laughed about it.)... read more
Bessie is incredible!!! She took the time to understand what I wanted and offered great suggestions based on my hair type and lifestyle. The haircut turned out even better than I expected :) The salon itself is clean and relaxing.
