Disappointed with the service, but appreciate the resolution I was truly disappointed with the DJ service provided, especially given how important the event was to me. That said, I do appreciate the action taken to resolve the issue and the refund offered. While it doesn’t bring back the lost moments, I am glad there was some accountability in the end. Unfortunately, our experience with Urban Beats was quite disappointing on July 5th. While the name and branding were appealing, the actual performance lacked attention to detail. The presentation was poor, and it felt like there was minimal effort put into engaging the audience or creating a lively atmosphere. One of the most basic expectations—playing the birthday song during the cake-cutting for birthday guy —was completely missed. My sister have booked urban beats DJ for my nephew 18th b day party last week. Very disappointed with the DJ service at our birthday party. The music selection was completely off despite sharing our preferences ahead of time. No effort to read the crowd or keep the energy up. Also, the promised services were either delayed or not delivered at all. Would not recommend. I had to give one star otherwise i can not give reviews here.
I am surprised at all the rating here.. They spoiled the event for my friends son 18 birthday.. The services were horrible. No proper music, no birthday song at the entry as discussed, the lighting was poor. After charging a hefty sum the services were no where close to our expectations.. Don't waste your money..
