Went to Urban Beach to get some Christmas gifts and was greeted by a woman with the brightest smile, led by the best customer service I’ve had anywhere. The whole staff team are so friendly and helpful, left with a smile and haven’t dropped it since :)
Staff here are so rude, no hellos when you walk in. Myself and my little family went in here to buy shoes for our son, nothing was said to us but the man with glasses that was working just stared at us the whole time with his arms crossed, following us around the store. Yes we’re brown, no we don’t steal. Disgusting behaviour mate.
Zero customer service! They don't greet you, when you do ask a question or ask for help, a shrug is what they do best! No attempt to try and help. The older dark haired guy that is usually always there- do better mate! We walked out and spent our money at another local small business who were happy to help!
The shop attendants weren’t friendly. But I could see they served another older gentleman so nicely. I don’t know why. I really wanted to buy two pairs of shoes but the vibe was off.
