Sam was amazing from first meeting to fitting nothing too much trouble. Both Sam and Logan worked so hard, in a very clean and tidy manner with attention to detail. It’s great to visit a showroom see the quality of products you’re buying and colour options for everything even flooring, we ordered a tall towel rail and an extra long glass shower screen. We would recommend them 100% thanks for a top quality job guys.
Sam came out really quickly to give a competitive quote for EV Charger installation and then managed to book me in within 2 weeks as my new car was coming quicker than expected. Would fully recommend Sam at Urban!

Olivia has the patience of a saint as we changed our minds a few times as to what we actually wanted! Our new bathroom was fitted by Scott and it’s exactly how I imagined it to be! Love it! It’s a messy job but he somehow managed to keep everything clean and tidy, wouldn’t hesitate to recommend!
