Awesome set up, plenty of parking, great friendly faces, amazing quality equipment.
We have been a part of the UBF family for 2 years now. Before this we had limited strength and conditioning knowledge. We were welcomed into the UBF group classes. We love the inclusive atmosphere and adaptability of these classes. Our strength base has significantly improved with this expert teaching and training which has positively impacted on our sporting performance and injury prevention. I have been training at UBF for many years now and wouldn’t go anywhere else! The team are super knowledgeable and approachable. I am constantly improving my skills and strength and I give credit to the trainers who take lots of time and thought into each program that is created. Through all my injuries over the years, they’ve been able to adapt to my needs and assist with my recovery. The team at UBF have worked hard on building a great gym culture which is unlike any other!

Brilliant gym...friendly, inclusive. Super athletes mix with beginners and all ages. Highly qualified trainers and good equipment with plenty of space for all.
